Wake up and the morning feels brand new
pass the mirror, God Dam I love that view
beautiful girl stirring under my sheets
just cashed me a cheque that got me covered for weeks
go run, fix something to eat
think reasons to be grateful while I'm brushing my teeth
breath blessing my lungs, I feel love when I breathe
there's a silver lining most of us wud struggle to see, but not ME
everybody got that voice in their head
you know that one that gets you paranoid and depressed
it's telling you expect disappointment at best
its poison, but I'm training mine to go after enjoyment instead
positive over negative, let the energy flow
yesterday is gone, so I'm letting it go
grow up and learn, you're never too old
you cant stand still just coz you're scared of stepping on toes
happy to make them blunders, they'll never take me under
i fumble, fuck up and fall, it'll only make me stronger
and if it takes me longer, so be it, i'll go with it
no fears of phobias appropriate, I'm over it
